Roman Punch
Lemon Syrup:
Combine the juice and zest of 6 lemons with 6 oz. sugar and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil and then allow to cool.
Combine:
1 cup Orange Juice
1 cup Lemon Syrup
1 cup Brewed Black Tea
1/4 cup Champagne
1/6 cup Cognac
Directions:
Freeze for 3 hours or until a slushy consistency. Spoon into glasses and serve with a straw.
